Cowley is a special place. Every year, we welcome students into the Sixth Form from many schools across St Helens and further afield. We pride ourselves on the support offered to every individual that joins Cowley and truly believe that every one of our students has an amazing potential to succeed.
Cowley is a larger than average Sixth Form which means we offer a wide portfolio of courses to our students. This ranges from traditional A-levels to vocational qualifications and career-based courses. Whatever your decision, you can guarantee that you will be taught by experts in the subject who are willing to go that extra mile to ensure that you achieve your true potential.

Year 12/13 Parent Conference

We would like to invite all parents of sixth form students to our Year 12/13 Parent Conference at Cowley Sixth Form College.
The event is an important opportunity to welcome you to Cowley Sixth Form and provide you with key information about your daughter/son’s experience at college, including our expectations, support available and how we can work together to help them achieve their full potential.
At 4:15pm, Head of Sixth Form, Danny Watkins, will give a short presentation covering key areas including:
· Sixth Form expectations and standards
· Attendance and punctuality
· Independent study
· Student support and guidance
· Conduct and achievement
· Communication between college and home
· How parents/carers can support their daughter/son during their time at Sixth Form
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and speak with members of the Sixth Form team.
We strongly encourage all parents/carers to attend as a positive partnership between students, parents/carers and the college is central to ensuring our students are successful.
